How I Work · My Modalities

Sometimes painful experiences continue to affect us long after they have passed. EMDR helps your brain and body process those experiences so they no longer feel as overwhelming in the present.

It can be especially helpful when you feel stuck in old memories, body reactions, or negative beliefs about yourself.

AEDP helps you safely feel and process emotions that may have once felt too big to face alone.

Through a supportive therapeutic relationship, this approach can help you feel more connected, compassionate toward yourself, and emotionally resilient.

CBT helps you notice thought patterns that may increase anxiety, depression, or self-criticism, and practice more balanced ways of responding.

DBT offers practical skills for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and healthier communication.

Relationship struggles are rarely about one person being “the problem.” Couples and family therapy helps identify patterns, roles, and unspoken needs that keep people stuck.

Together, we work toward clearer communication, greater understanding, and more meaningful repair.

Many people feel pulled between different parts of themselves: a critical part, a fearful part, a protective part, or a people-pleasing part.

Ego State Therapy helps these parts be understood and work together, so you can feel more calm, integrated, and self-directed.

Inner Child Work gently helps you reconnect with younger parts of yourself that may still carry fear, shame, sadness, or unmet needs.

This process can support deeper self-acceptance and help shift old relationship patterns that began early in life.
